Why use Simple Accounting to install your Software?
We have installed MYOB, Mamut AccountEdge and more recently Acclivity many many times before. We are aware of the pitfalls, the things to watch out for when you change accounting systems, the coding when you set one up from scratch. We watch out for the little things that might otherwise trip you up or slow you down. For example we know the best way to set up the card file, how to specify items (stock), or how to customise documents.We can prepare one of our standard datafiles for you. We can give you a set of standard transactions, all defaults and a standard chart of accounts adapted to your particular needs. This can save a lot of your time. See our Charges below. Training
Simple Accounting can arrange training courses at your site to suit your needs. We are happy to train you in one-to-one sessions or more formal courses for a large number of staff.Formal training courses enable you to cover, in more detail, the items which will be only briefly described during the installation process and any others which may be of particular importance to your business.

Development
Some of our engagements are a mixture of development of the system and training. By sharing our experience we are able to help you get the best from your software. Getting the best from your bookkeeping system will let you get the best tax and VAT claims with an efficient system.

Notes: What the Consultancy prices include:
- Our prices are inclusive of travel and all expenses.
- We do not charge a premium for our first hour, or travelling time
- We offer free telephone support for on-site work we have completed for all our customers
Accounts Management Service
We also offer a full accounts management service (Business Companion), at competitive rates. This is a much fuller service than you are likely to find from other accountants. It is also much more 'hands on' find out more
