We are able to do more because we work from your records. Your books therefore have to be kept in an easy finance software package that we have approved. You can find our list here.

Simple Accounting can bring our extensive knowledge of accounting, spreadsheets, computers, AccountEdge to your organisation. We can teach you about the ways Solar Accounts, Accountedge and Clearbooks can help to increase sales and reduce administration costs.

We also enjoy working with Mac users. We install Mac accounts systems for clients and then perform the accounting and tax work on them. We specialize in converting clients from MYOB.

Simple Accounting has installed finance software such as Solar and AccountEdge many many times before. We are aware of the pitfalls, the things to watch out for when you change accounting systems, the coding when you set a system up from scratch. Setting-up an accounting system for a client normally involves some preparation in the office and one or two client visits.

We are qualified and experienced in the software we support. Software such as AccountEdge have extremely powerful features and many of our clients have found it useful to have further training sessions. These enable you to cover, in detail, the items which can only be described briefly during the installation process.
